- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service.
- Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area.
- Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies.
- Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality standards and multicultural guest expectations is preferred.
- Hospitality-related certification or degree is advantageous.
