- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring world-class guest experiences
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain the highest service standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, professional team
- Maintain Michelin-level service quality and implement continuous improvements
- Manage budgets and optimize costs without compromising guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu planning, special events, and smooth service flow
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle VIP reservations and special requests with discretion and excellence
- Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance the restaurant's reputation
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management
- Proven experience managing fine dining or Michelin-rated establishments
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and hospitality is a major advantage
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
- Degree in hospitality management preferred
