- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar position, preferably within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Willing to relocate and work in Congo (DRC)
