- Deliver in-store brand, product, and customer service training to enhance sales performance
- Ensure training materials meet high quality standards and align with brand requirements
- Track and document training needs and development progress for individuals and teams
- Measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and monitor performance improvements
- Contribute to sustainability and responsible business initiatives in alignment with company strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or human resources
- Proven experience within beauty or skincare retail is essential
