Roles and Responsibilities
The key accountabilities of Program Lead for Software Sales and Install Base are, but not limited to, the following:
Actively report, manage and execute together with CU and Domain teams in a timely manner the refresh activities for upcoming End- of- License, End- of- Maintenance software across all Customer Units
Define programs and initiatives to boost software sales across Market Area Middle East and Africa
Act as the custodian of Add- on Sales Program in Digital Services with clear Add- On Sales Target KPI
Work closely with the Customer Units to identify sales opportunities over Ericsson's install base
Ensure recurring software revenues driving innovative tools, dashboards and processes across various Customer Units
Ensure compliance and ethics and exhibit outstanding role- model leadership behaviors
University degree in Business or Engineering/ ICT
Plus 10 years of experience in telecom and/or ICT industry
Strong technical and business insight
Ability to orchestrate initiatives and efforts within the organization
Ability to lead multi- cultural and cross- functional teams, empowering and finding opportunities to collaborate
Solid project/program management skills
Excellent interpersonal communications and networking skills
Ability to work across a variety of different delivery unit types (complexity, maturity, scale)
Developed analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies and value realization opportunities
Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial and Delivery models
Role is flexible for hiring for all countries in MMEA without any location preference.
