Job Description:One of our clients is an international technology company is seeking a talented and experienced IBM BPM Admin to join their team. As an IBM BPM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation and enhancement of the BPM/BAW environments. Your responsibilities will include as follows:

Conduct upgrade activities for BPM/BAW/CP4BA, ensuring smooth transitions.

Execute environment cleanup activities and focus on performance tuning.

Possess experience in Cloud Pack of Automation installation and configuration.

Serve as an expert in IBM BPM/BAW and CP4BA Administration.

Troubleshoot issues related to BPM to BAW migration, ensuring seamless functionality.

Follow best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.

Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design systems across the organization.

RequirementsRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW Administration.

Expertise in troubleshooting BPM/BAW/CP4BA and ODM issues.

Experience in upgrade activities, environment cleanup, and performance tuning.

Proficiency in Cloud Pack of Automation installation and configuration.

Expertise in WebSphere Application Server and BPM to BAW issue troubleshooting.

Knowledge of AIX and Linux OS commands, Oracle, and Postgres databases.

Previous experience in Banking, Financial, or Fintech sectors preferred.

Familiarity with best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.

Experience with Agile methodology.

Strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
