In the role of Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Responsibilities
- Drive and lead requirements and design workshops with business users and divisional champions.
- Build consensus across multiple divisions and users on business process
- Map client business process to Industry best practices, conduct Fit-GAP analysis and provide solutions for Gaps.
- Present solutions, POCs, demo to business users during various workshops and interactions.
- Create technical and functional solution architecture for your assigned track, data flows, process flows
- Lead the project end-to-end- both technically as well functionally, right from requirements to design to build, test and deploy.
- Set-up EPBCS master data, create data forms, build business rules, groovy scripting,
- Set-up data integrations including pipeline and EPM Automate, create Reports and Dashboards.
- Lead a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution
- Deliver training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
- Present weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders
- Liasioning with client business and IT team
- Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred or Chartered Accountant or equivalent with hands-on Oracle EPM experience.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Design, Modeling and Implementation of Oracle EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products.
- Primary and strong techno-functional experience in EPBCS all modules- Financial, Workforce, Capex, Projects and Strategic.
- At least 3 end-to-end EPBCS implementation experience in GCC region.
- At least one EPBCS implementation experience for Real estate/construction client in GCC region.
- Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation.
- Strong functional knowledge on planning and budgeting processes, rolling forecast, drivers, KPIs, Cashflow.
- Hands-on experience in implementing EPBCS solution for real estate/construction client in GCC region.
- Secondary hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS and PCMCS.
- Techno-functional solution lead
- EPBCS implementation hands-on experience is must
- EPBCS implementation experience for real estate/construction client must
- EPM experience for GCC client (specially UAE) and leading the project from onsite is must
- Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions
- Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
- Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
