Job Title: Commis I - Butchery / SaladQualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School & Equivalent / Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
2-4 years of experience in professional kitchen operations, preferably in butchery or cold kitchen sectionRequirements:
Good knowledge of meat cutting, portioning, and handling (for butchery role)
Knowledge of salad preparation, cold kitchen items, and basic culinary techniques
Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
