As a member of our bakery staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and delivering a delightful experience to our customers. Whether you're baking fresh bread, decorating cakes, or assisting customers at the counter, you'll be an essential part of our team dedicated to providing top-notch service and scrumptious baked goods.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity, following customer requests and design specifications.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery, including equipment, workstations, and customer areas.
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including assisting customers with inquiries, taking orders, and processing transactions.
Collaborate with other bakery staff to coordinate production schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of orders.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
