- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents undergoing elective and emergency procedures
- Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on patient history, surgical requirements, and perioperative risk assessment
- Monitor and manage pediatric patients throughout the perioperative period, including post-anesthesia recovery
- Participate in pediatric code blue activations and critical care response teams
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior anesthetists, residents, and fellows
- Contribute to departmental teaching programs, simulation training, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Engage in clinical research, audits, and continuing medical education activities
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with completed residency in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology from a recognized institution
- Board certification such as American Board, UK CCT, Canadian FRCP, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years post-fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia
- Eligibility for Consultant classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
- Strong expertise in pediatric and neonatal anesthesia practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage
