- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in office management, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in a family office setting in the MIddle East.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Proven track record of successful administration management and operational optimization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Experience with calendar management and digital collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
