- Managing complex calendars, meetings, and international travel logistics
- Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, always with discretion
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Supporting executive-level projects, tracking progress and key deliverables
- Drafting and managing executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Preparing for and coordinating senior-level meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- 10+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, including 8+ years supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Strong business acumen, resilience under pressure, and exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-demand environment
- Native English speaker required
