- Conduct comprehensive market research in the UAE to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Utilise knowledge of global markets to assess fitment and potential for the company's product portfolio.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop market entry strategies, considering packaging, import regulations, distributor appointments, and payment protection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with finance, supply chain, demand planning, marketing, production, product development, and quality assurance.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead the business development team, providing guidance on market exploration efforts.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including volume, revenue, and market share.
- Align strategies to achieve profit objectives if permissible under company disclosure policies.
- At least 10 years be in a leadership commercial position.
- Proven experience in business development, market entry, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of local, regional, and global markets, import regulations, and distributor networks.
