- Manage client relationships whilst also serving as the critical point of escalation, ensuring swift resolution of high-level challenges that demand executive attention.
- You will advocate for the client will as you champion their interests while nurturing partnerships that extend beyond the ordinary.
- Guide our engagements with clients, harmonizing strategy, messaging, and delivery to ensure a seamless and impactful experience
- Elevate the client's reference-ability, proactively showcasing the value of their relationship with us.
- Chart the course for current and future solutions through strategic road mapping sessions, aligning with the client's vision to enhance citizen health outcomes.
- Drive the sales process from inception to closure, consistently exceeding sales quotas and expanding our horizons.
- Establish best practices for client profitability, streamlining processes from invoicing to contractual interactions.
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- At least 6 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- Experience of building relationships at C-Suite level, and with senior clinicians
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
