In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and inspecting landscape architectural projects to ensure compliance with local regulations, design standards, and environmental sustainability practices.

Conduct thorough site inspections of landscape architectural projects.
Review and analyze landscape design plans, specifications, and construction documents for compliance with local building codes and regulations
Prepare detailed inspection reports, identifying any issues or areas of non-compliance
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve design and construction-related concerns
Evaluate the use of sustainable landscape practices and recommend improvements where necessary
Utilize CAD software and GIS systems to assess and document landscape designs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards
Provide expert advice on landscape architecture principles and best practices to project stakeholders
Participate in project meetings and present findings to clients and team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license or equivalent certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field
Proven experience in conducting site inspections and evaluations
Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practices
Proficiency in CAD software and GIS systems
Thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Keen attention to detail and ability to read and interpret architectural plans
Knowledge of sustainable landscape design practices
Familiarity with local flora and environmental conditions in UAE
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
