- The multi-disciplinary Real Estate team in the Middle East supports a wide range of clients in the Real
- Estate sector, including developers, investors, land owners and government entities. Integrating with
- other teams within the FA practice, other work we undertake includes project finance, capital raising,
- financial modelling, transaction due diligence and forensic support.
- The Real Estate team provides the following services for clients:
- Valuation: Valuation of various use classes including but not limited to office, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality assets in accordance with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (“RICS”) Valuation - Global Standards 2022 (the “Red Book”) incorporating the International Valuation Standards (“IVS”) and TAQEEM. Our real estate valuation Team also act as Subject Matter Experts to support various teams across Deloitte including Audit.
- Development & THL: Market, financial and strategic development advice for planned Real Estate (office/retail/residential/industrial) and Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure (“THL”) industry projects (from single sites to large-scale mixed-use master planned schemes).
- Dispute: Arbitration and Expert Witness services to support real estate related disputes.
- You will work within a team of Chartered Surveyors to gain experience in real estate valuation across the Middle East and North Africa
- During your tenure with Deloitte, we will support you with the required training and experience to undertake the assessment of professional competence (“APC”) to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (“MRICS”)
- You will assist with the delivery of engagements, the preparation of client reports, valuation models and working with clients to support their real estate strategies. The work will cover various use classes including but not limited to residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors

- Educated to graduate level, with a Real Estate or related (Economics, Geography, Finance, Business) degree
- RICS accredited course an advantage, though high-performing graduates with non-Real Estate qualifications are also encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar field
- Primary English speaking and writing is essential. Arabic fluency is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
