Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
Educate customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Benefits:
