Cinema Service Engineer Digital Projection Systems - Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment VOX Cinemas - Dubai UAE

• Plan and support cinema projection installation projects in coordination with internal technical teams and external vendors.
• Perform on-site installation, wiring, calibration, and commissioning of cinema projection, audio, automation, and networking systems.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of projection and technical equipment to cinema locations.
• Manage installation schedules, resources, and technical activities to ensure timely completion of deployment projects.
• Maintain installation reports, calibration data, technical documentation, and system handover records for operational teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of calibration tools, installation equipment, and service kits.
• Provide on-site training and technical guidance to field technicians and cinema operations teams.
• Troubleshoot digital cinema projection systems and perform repair and maintenance activities when technical faults occur.
• Support alternate content events and live sound system setups when required.
• Comply with safety, security, and operational standards across all installation and maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience working with digital cinema systems and projection equipment.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing cinema projection technologies such as Barco, Christie, Dolby, GDC, or Doremi systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of cinema projection systems, digital audio technologies, automation equipment, and networking infrastructure.
• Ability to perform field service tasks including troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and system optimization.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills in technical service environments.
• Willingness to travel across Majid Al Futtaim cinema locations and provide support outside standard working hours when required.
