Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
3-7 years of experience in cost control for MEP and Civil projects
Experience in UAE or large-scale construction projects preferredRequirements:
Strong knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
Proficiency in cost control software such as Primavera, MS Excel, or SAP
Ability to analyze project costs, track expenditures, and prepare forecasts
Familiarity with contracts, BOQ, and procurement procedures
