- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, baselines, and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against schedules, perform variance analysis, and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, conduct schedule risk analysis, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Align project resources with schedules and maintain integrated resource planning systems.
- Support cost control activities, monitor cost trends, and assist in processing contractor claims and change orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports, including graphs and critical path analyses.
- Review contractor planning submissions, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Experience working on high-rise building projects is essential.
- Certified Engineer (Unlimited Floors).
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a project team.
