  • Lead technology initiatives related to corporate payments, liquidity management and virtual account management systems
  • Partner with Global Transaction Banking product owners, business analysts and cross-functional technology teams
  • Interpret business requirements and convert functional and technical specifications into actionable solutions
  • Conduct system analysis, root cause investigations and issue prioritization discussions
  • Coordinate with external vendors for defect resolution and system enhancements
  • Support all testing phases including SIT, regression, performance testing and system integrations
  • Perform impact assessments for change requests and oversee production deployment activities
  • Facilitate end-to-end release coordination and testing governance
  • Deliver product and system training sessions for business and operations stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment of system enhancements with business strategy and transformation objectives
  • Contribute across SDLC phases including analysis, design validation, development support and go-live stabilization
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor of Engineering or relevant postgraduate qualification
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate banking technology or payments systems
  • Strong subject matter expertise in corporate payments, liquidity management and virtual account platforms
  • Deep knowledge of banking domain processes and transaction banking operations
  • Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or process optimization projects
  • Familiarity with Oracle Banking Product Suite preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination capabilities
