Join us and be part of a dynamic team that values growth and excellence.Job DescriptionTransport Goods: Safely deliver items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Route Management: Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.QualificationsRequired Skills and QualificationsDriving Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.Problem Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.Additional Information
