The Procurement Officer works closely with the Manager, Sourcing (F and B) to execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives at Atlantis Resorts Dubai. The role emphasizes sourcing excellence, Total Cost of Ownership analysis, contract compliance, and professional stakeholder support across both resorts.What You'll Do
- Support sourcing strategies for food and beverage goods and related services
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations to deliver best value
- Apply Total Cost of Ownership principles to procurement decisions
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier performance
- Coordinate procurement timelines and support multiple stakeholder requirements
- Utilize ERP and eProcurement systems to manage purchasing workflows
- Provide accurate reporting and procurement documentation as required
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably within hospitality or large organizations
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment skills
- Proven experience in contract management and supplier negotiations
- Proficiency in ERP and eProcurement tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
