In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of camp operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment for our workforce. You will report directly to senior management and serve as the primary point of contact for all camp-related matters, demonstrating decisive leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, dining, sanitation, and general maintenance facilities
Manage camp budgets, monitor expenditures
Prepare and manage all camp related reports and submissions on high concentration on accuracy organization and timeliness.
Supervise and manage camp staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
Enforce safety protocols, health standards, and compliance with UAE labor regulations and organizational policies in camps.
Coordinate logistics, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities and implement corrective actions as needed
Address and resolve camp grievances, conflicts, and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate camp and Labor records, documentation, and reporting systems for camp activities and incidents.
Ensure effective communication between camp personnel and senior management
Develop and implement camp programs and initiatives to enhance worker welfare and productivity
Monitor and control access to camp facilities, ensuring security and safety protocols are maintained

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in camp management or similar supervisory roles in labor-intensive industries
Proven experience managing large-scale worker camps with 500+ personnel
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, health standards, and UAE labor law compliance
Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with logistics coordination and vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and camp management software
Preferred: Experience working in the Middle East or Gulf region
Preferred: Knowledge of construction camp operations
Preferred: Experience with worker accommodation standards and welfare programs
Preferred: Knowledge and coordination with real estates for new camp hires in UAE.

Additional InformationMandatory UAE driving License required.Holding Self own vehicle.
