- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (contractors, retailers, architects, etc.) to promote our lighting products.- Identify and qualify sales leads to pass on to the sales team.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to prospective clients.- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine telemarketing strategies.RequirementsRequirements:- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role (experience in lighting, construction, or B2B sales is a plus).- Language Skills: Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.- Persuasion: Strong sales and negotiation abilities.- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and telemarketing tools.- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets.- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree in sales/marketing is a plus).Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of lighting products, electrical supplies, or the construction industry.- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in handling rejections.Benefits- Competitive salary +Benefits
