Lead and deliver all civil construction activities for the OYLZ project, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and HSE standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end civil works, planning, execution, and site supervision.Control project schedule, cost, and resources.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.Monitor progress, manage risks, variations, and claims.Lead site teams and ensure quality and productivity.RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering.8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas projects.Strong knowledge of civil construction, budgeting, and scheduling.Experience with MS Project / Primavera.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
