- Develop, implement and maintain a fit-for-purpose, risk-based data privacy program.
- Draft policies and standard operating procedures aligned to data privacy regulations.
- Provide guidance across anti-corruption, anti-trust, economic sanctions and ethics matters.
- Execute compliance risk assessments and oversee improvement plans.
- Support the Head of Group Compliance in implementing compliance controls and processes.
- Deliver data protection and compliance training and updates.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance with Group global policies across business units.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and address compliance requests.
- Act as a DP World ambassador and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in business administration, finance, law or related field.
- JD, LLM or equivalent legal qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience as a compliance manager or officer in a multinational organisation.
- Extensive experience with UAE, UK, EU, China, India and other applicable data protection laws.
- Certified compliance professional certification (e.g., CIPP) is a plus.
- Experience in change management and implementing new tools and processes.
- Highly ethical, principled and diligent with strong planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Strong capability to champion comprehensive compliance and ethics programmes.
- Proficient computer skills.
