• Case Management: Efficiently manage a caseload of arbitration cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines.
• Legal Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of international arbitration laws and practices, gained from 3-5 years.
• Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong legal analytical skills, incl. in drafting proposals for the decisions to be made by the Court of Arbitration.
• Contributing to various other projects and initiatives as necessary. Assess complex issues, provide sound legal advice, and formulate effective strategies.
• Project Management: Thrive in a dynamic environment by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating attention to detail and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of local laws and practices in the MENA region.
