- Serve food and beverages to guests following service standards
- Set up tables and dining areas based on service requirements
- Take orders and enter them accurately into the MICROS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding orders, timing, and special requests
- Handle guest inquiries about menu items and dietary requirements
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment
- Process billing and payments accurately
- Perform closing duties including restocking and preparing for next service
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service protocols
- High school qualification or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in food and beverage service
- Experience in hotel or luxury restaurant preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Food and beverage service techniques
- Order taking and POS systems such as MICROS
- Guest handling and service recovery
- Menu knowledge and upselling techniques
- Team coordination and communication
- Hygiene and safety compliance
