As a Cluster Reservations Sales Agent, you'll be the voice that connects guests with their next luxury stay-handling bookings with care, precision, and a passion for hospitality.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:
- Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels for hotel rooms and serviced residences.
- Convert inquiries into bookings by understanding guest needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Ensure accurate entry of reservation details into Opera, IHG Concerto, or other PMS/CRS platforms.
- Monitor availability, apply correct rates, and communicate changes clearly to guests and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams for VIPs, group bookings, and corporate clients.
- Manage pre-arrival requests, confirmations, and billing instructions promptly.
- Maximize room revenue through upselling techniques and cross-promoting offers across properties.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including seasonal packages, promotions, and residence features.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or sales support.
- Proficiency in Opera, IHG Concerto, or similar hospitality systems preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven approach with a warm and guest-centric attitude.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
