- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Relevant experience in engineering roles within luxury boutique hotels.
- A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
