Job Description
  • Manage executive's calendar, prioritize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by executives
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
  • Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Provide administrative support to executives as needed
