We are growing our team at Swiss Connect Solutions, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in Dubai.If you understand the UAE recruitment market and have exposure to international hiring, this could be the right opportunity for you.What we are looking for:
  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Available to join immediately
  • Previous or current experience in a recruitment agency for a minimum of 2 years
  • Strong understanding of the UAE job market
  • Experience in international recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Confident in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across different roles
  • Good communication skills and ability to deal with clients professionally
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
  • Source candidates locally and internationally
  • Coordinate with clients and understand hiring needs
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Package & Benefits:
  • Salary: AED 4000 - 5000 (full package as per the experience)
