Video Engineer- OB

• Set up, operate, and maintain video equipment, including cameras, video switchers, and audio-visual systems.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless video capture and transmission during live events and studio recordings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Configure and calibrate cameras and video equipment to achieve the desired visual effects and image quality.
• Monitor and adjust video parameters in real-time during live broadcasts to maintain optimal quality.
• Collaborate closely with directors and producers to execute their creative vision.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of video equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely service.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Video Engineer or a similar role in video production.
• Strong technical skills with expertise in video equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in video quality optimization and camera operation.
• Familiarity with video editing software and post-production workflows.
