• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role with a focus on digital design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
