This role supports wholesale banking and investment banking clients by delivering advanced treasury advisory and transformation solutions. It contributes directly to business growth by enabling efficient cash management, optimizing working capital, and enhancing treasury operations across regional and international markets.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory services to corporate clients on treasury centralization, cash management, and in-house banking models
  • Structure and implement treasury solutions aligned with client operational and financial needs
  • Lead treasury transformation projects including TMS implementation and process optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver treasury solutions
  • Support commercialization of treasury products and solutions across UAE and GCC markets
  • Engage with clients to assess requirements, respond to RFPs, and recommend suitable solutions
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, governance structures, and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify and mitigate risks across credit, operational, and market dimensions
  • Work closely with technology teams to integrate treasury systems with banking platforms
  • Support revenue growth by optimizing client account balances and product utilization
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate treasury or transaction banking
  • Strong expertise in treasury centralization, working capital management, and financial operations
  • Experience managing complex projects and large-scale implementations
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, treasury management systems, and fintech solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex financial structures and deliver practical solutions
