Structure & draft RFPs
Coordinate architect inputs
Define evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, BOQs, pricing schedules
Support bid evaluation

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Control/Telecom Engineering
10+ years on site-based supervision of SCADA/OT/control-centre or telecom projects
Proven FAT/SAT and cutover leadership
GCC/UAE site experience
