Job Title: Transport CoordinatorLocation: Abu Dhabi/DubaiExperience: 2-5 year of experienceEducation: Bachelor’s degreeContract : 1 year (renewable)Experience required : 2- 5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE ,Job Summary :
  • Ensure proper transport Vehicle Inbound and Out bound data is maintained
  • Ensure proper vehicle procedures and vehicle maintenance and repair as and when due.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation is in place for all vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for compliance with maintenance requirements and ensure all vehicles are in good condition and reports of any damage are made by the driver concerned.
  • To keep a track of the 100% vehicle utilization, communicate with the line manager in case vehicle is fully utilized.
  • Ensure the underutilized vehicle is combined on same route to save cost on Fleet.
