The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
