Establishing and optimising internal workflows, processes & delivery standards
Budget ownership, cost management & margin control
Vendor, supplier, artist, influencer & freelancer management
Resource planning and studio capacity oversight
Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability
Supporting the development of a structured, high-performing in-house teamProfile10+ years experience within creative agencies, production houses or brand studios
Strong production leadership background with operational oversight
Commercially astute with proven experience managing production budgets
Experience building or refining systems within growing environments
Confident leading cross-functional creative and delivery teams
