We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our global security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our critical IAM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and the ability to provide expert Business-As-Usual (BAU) support.
This role will be instrumental in leveraging our IAM platform to enhance our security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable efficient business operations across the enterprise.
Key elements to the role include:
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA):
Implement, and manage user identity lifecycle processes and workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).Automate and manage access provisioning and de-provisioning workflows to improve efficiency and security.Onboard new applications into the IGA platform, establishing connectivity to enterprise application, defining and mapping data schemas.Assist business owners in develop and maintaining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and policies.Configure periodic access reviews and certification campaigns in collaboration with business owners and cyber security team.Privileged Access Management (PAM):
Administer the PAM solution, including the vaulting of privileged credentials and management of privileged sessions.Assist in developing, maintaining and enforcing policies for privileged access, including session monitoring.Manage the discovery and onboarding of privileged accounts from various systems and applications.BAU Support & Operations:
Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM-related incidents, problems, and service requests.Assist in responding to security incidents.Troubleshoot and resolve access control issues, system failures, and integration problems.Monitor the health, performance, and availability of the IAM platforms.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, operational procedures, and user guides.Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5+ years in a dedicated IAM role with a proven track record of engineering and supporting enterprise-level solutions.IGA Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with IGA platforms and concepts, including user lifecycle management, access certifications, and RBAC.PAM Expertise: Demonstrable experience with PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, privileged account onboarding and session management.BAU Support: Proven ability to operate effectively in a BAU support capacity, managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with technology vendors and end-users.Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of core identity protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).Experience with directory services such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and integration tasks.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!
Hands-on experience with IGA and PAM platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc. for incident and change management.Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Relevant industry or Vendor-specific certifications are highly desirableStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Why choose us as your next destination?
