- Completes tasks under the direction of leadership
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Seeks and receives mentoring from senior-level and regional leadership as needed to ensure accuracy and flow of work through the team.
- Ability to visit clients and healthcare facilities within the UAE.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to Healthcare customers on possible solutions we offer.
- Involve specialist sales resources where relevant against specific opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with local dealer personnel maintaining competence and commitment to MillerKnoll Group brand products.
- Provide field training for dealer sales personnel in product and positional skills.
- Participate in induction training for new personnel and new product training.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
- University level study – complete or in progress
- Must participate in daily collaboration and communicate struggles and opportunities clearly and concisely
- Basic understanding of how decisions impact business results
- Good communicator both verbally and in written form
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Must enjoy team work, but also be self motivated and able to work alone and be self sufficient
- Good networking skills
- Must be flexible to work from the office or home and undertake travel throughout the UAE
- Must be highly literate in the use of IT systems
- Must be numerate in the preparation of quotations and forecast information.
- Must be culturally aware, and have travelled extensively
- Strong presentation skills
