- Manage and exceed Parts sales targets according to the strategic plan.
- Develop Parts sales volumes within your designated area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting wholesale account customers in selecting the required Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy in quotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts or special prices as per standard operating procedures.
- Proactively follow up on Parts back-orders to keep customers informed of status and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee Warehouse Management & Operations, meticulously verifying consignment accuracy with all related documentation before shipment.
- Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently, and they receive value for their investment.
