  • Min 3yrs of UAE experience in End-to-End Recruitment mandatory
  • Strong exposure on Hiring for Real Estate/Recruitment Consultancy Industry is a must
  • Well versed with Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Salary Negotiations etc
  • Proficient using LinkedIn, Job Portals, Referrals & Other Networks for Sourcing of Candidates
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Should be based in RAK or willing to relocate to RAK
