Experience: 3-5 years in luxury hospitality or customer service within a spa or wellness settingWhat You'll Do
- Assist the Spa Manager in handling payroll duties accurately and on schedule
- Train and develop Spa and Fitness teams, coordinating with vendors for product and sales training
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores (Medallia, LQA, TripAdvisor) and implement improvement plans
- Supervise Spa GSEs, attendants, and fitness team members, ensuring performance standards are met
- Conduct monthly KPI-based performance reviews for team members and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain pristine guest areas, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with LQA and Jumeirah standards
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level)
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
