VP Real Estate

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in progressively more complex and senior roles in a top-tier investment banking, management consulting or private equity. Out of which at least 4 years of industry experience is considered an advantage.

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in investment and asset management concepts and practices
• In-depth knowledge of the assigned sector including understanding local and global trends and developments in the sector, changes to regulations and policies that affect the business, and market and economic trends and dynamics
• Broad understanding of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives and alternatives
• Ability to lead end-to-end deal origination and execution and associated cross-functional deal teams
• Strong ability to challenge business cases, and scrutinize deals and deal structures
• Ability to act as an Asset Manager for an asset of a moderate complexity and magnitude
• Ability to act as a Board Committee member in the Company's assigned assets
• In-depth knowledge of various transactions including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, greenfield/brownfield projects, etc.
• Ability to coach Associates and Analysts, with clear vertical and horizontal development trajectory
• Ability to support the Board and the Board Committees to address core business issues and to provide management with the necessary guidance
