• The Senior Manager, Data & AI is crucial for advancing Al-Futtaim Real Estate's digitalization agenda. The manager is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and driving data-driven decision-making, requiring a proactive approach to lead digital solutions and manage stakeholder alignment. • Identify, design, and implement solutions (RPA, workflow, low-code/no-code) to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational processes and support business objectives.

• Develop and manage data analytics and reporting solutions, translating business requirements into actionable insights using SQL, BI tools, and modern data platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain executive and operational dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with key performance indicators.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation, applying best practices for security, compliance, and sustainable analytics solutions.

• Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives, collaborating with product teams to prepare data, operationalize models, and enable business adoption.
