  • Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements including but not limited to: Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
  • Advise management on potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all company contracts comply with UAE laws and relevant real estate regulations.
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, leasing, finance) to support their legal needs and general legal support and guidance to leadership on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.
