- Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and fabricators
- Promote and specify solid surface materials across hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
- Track projects from early design stages through tender, approval, and final installation
- Provide technical guidance, samples, and recommendations based on application requirements
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for accurate order processing and delivery
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects within the CRM
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and specification shifts in the market
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 2-5 years of UAE-based sales experience in solid surface, stone, quartz, or interior finishing materials
- Understanding of project lifecycle and specification-based sales
- Proven ability to work with architects, designers, joinery workshops, and fit-out contractors
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOQs, and advise confidently on solutions
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
