Reporting directly to the founder, you will have a direct influence on strategic decisions and the overall direction of the organisation.   • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team of professionals across AI, development, marketing, and design disciplines.
  • Design and implement scalable internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Oversee the onboarding, performance management, and professional growth of 6–10 team members.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects by aligning team efforts with business objectives and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to shape strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive organisational development.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards for all team outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and business impact.
  • Foster alignment between the team's efforts and the broader goals of the organisation.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably within AI, digital, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • An execution-focused mindset with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, automation software, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Fluency in Italian is mandatory; professional proficiency in English is required.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
